Important information about your FXOpen AU account

The FXOpen Team

We regret to inform you that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has taken the decision to cancel the AFS licence of FXOpen AU. As a result, clients are currently unable to open new positions.

Please note that existing positions remain unaffected. However, if you wish, you may close your existing positions and withdraw your funds, by visiting the Client Portal.

FXOpen AU intends to address the concerns of ASIC and will be appealing the decision, with the aim of having the licence reinstated.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and would like to assure you that all client monies remain ring-fenced in accordance with Australian regulations.

We will provide you with further updates regarding this decision as soon as more information becomes available.
